The Brief

Srprs.me is a travel agency that offers surprise holidays. They think that the stress of finding the perfect holiday can ruin a lot of the fun, so they want to make a holiday a real holiday again. They also believe that the nicest things happen when you step out of your comfort zone into the unknown.

So how does a surprise holiday work? A srprs.me journey is a complete surprise, you pick only the date and kind of holiday. A team of experienced travel consultants picks the destination, flights and accommodation. And you only find out at the airport. This saves a lot of choice stress, and makes the trip a big adventure.

But surprises can be quite scary. To show that srprs.me trips will only be pleasant surprises, we created a video. Showcasing the whole booking process of srprs.me in a fun way, and taking away the major fears of the target audience.

The Project

This concept shows the entire booking process in one go. We covered all frequently asked questions and got rid of the biggest misconceptions. We used the design thinking cycle to make sure the video encompasses everything the target audience needs to know.

The Results

Within two weeks, the video was watched more than 100.000 times and shared over 100 times. It also got more than 500 positive reactions on Facebook alone.
